矿井双电架线车辅助运输系统研究

Research on auxiliary transportation system of double-electric trolley in mine

摘要: 为了有效解决煤矿井下车辆污染、长距离大坡度运输问题,提出一种新型矿井双电架线车辅助运输系统。该系统由供电系统、接触网系统、充电站、集电装置、双电架线车组成,具有快充、架线、混合三种运营模式。文章提出了各子系统的关键技术指标,并详细阐述了三种运营模式。最后,对该系统的三大关键技术:牵引变电所容量及供电臂匹配技术、接触网分并线技术、动力电池选型及匹配技术,并提出相应解决方法,为将来矿井双电架线车辅助运输系统的实现提供思路及技术支持。

Abstract: Absrtact: In order to effectively solve the problem of vehicle pollution and long distance and large slope transportation, a new type of mine double-electric trolley auxiliary transportation system is put forward. The system is composed of power supply system, contact net system, charging station, collector and double electric vehicle. It has three operation modes: quick charging, stringing and mixing. This paper puts forward the key technical indexes of each subsystem, and expounds three operation modes in detail. Finally, the auxiliary transportation system of three key technologies: DC750V traction substation capacity and power supply arm matching technology, DC750V network technology, contact and further study on calculating the vehicle battery type and capacity of electric double, and the corresponding solutions, provide technical support for the realization of the future mine trolley auxiliary transportation system.
